Delivery time and costs
We make sure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and within a predictable time frame —both in Poland and abroad. Below you will find all the most important information about shipping.
Delivery method
All packages are shipped via FedEx. It is a proven logistics partner that provides:
- shipment tracking number,
- efficient delivery service within Poland,
- deliveries to selected European Union countries.
Delivery within Poland
Delivery costs (for advance payment – Przelewy24)
- up to PLN 349.99– delivery cost:PLN 19.99,
- from PLN 350–delivery at our expense(PLN 0).
Lead time
- Shipping time:we usually ship packages within24 hours of receiving payment(business days).
- Estimated delivery time:2 to 5 business daysfrom dispatch (depending on courier service and time of year).
The shipping cost and available payment methods are always visible in the shopping cart before placing an order.
Cash on delivery (COD) – Poland only
In Poland, we also offer cash on delivery payment upon receipt of FedEx courier shipments.

- delivery at our expense (0 PLN),
- onlya collection fee of PLN 9.99 is added.
For orders over PLN 500, only advance payment (Przelewy24) is available – we do not offer cash on delivery for orders of this value.

International shipping (outside Poland)
We also handle orders from customers in selected European Union countries.
We currently ship to:

International shipping terms:
- Shipping cost:flat rateof €25per shipment.
- Minimum order value:€100.
- Payment method:advance payment via Przelewy24(cards, quick transfers, BLIK) only.
- Cash on delivery is not available– cash on delivery is only available within Poland.
The exact cost and delivery options for a given country are displayed in the shopping cart after selecting the appropriate delivery country. Delivery times for international shipments depend on the destination country and the work of local FedEx branches – usually it takes a few to several business days.
Safe packaging
Alcohol requires special protection during transport, therefore:
- we pack each bottle ina specialair-inflated "balloon,"
- We additionally stabilize and secure the bottles inside the shipping carton.
This type of packaging significantly minimizes the risk of damage during transport, regardless of whether the shipment is going to the other end of Poland or to another EU country.
