Payment methods
In our store, all payments are processed via Przelewy24 – one of the most popular and secure online payment platforms in Poland.
This allows you to pay quickly, conveniently, and securely using your preferred payment method, both for shipments within Poland and to selected EU countries.
1. Online payment – Przelewy24
After placing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the Przelewy24 website, where you can choose a convenient payment method, including:
- fast online transfersfrom most Polish banks,
- BLIK,
- payment and credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
- Google Pay / Apple Pay(if available at your bank / on your device),
- traditional bank transfer– the system will generate the data for you to make the transfer yourself.
Payments are usually processed within a few minutes, allowing us to forward your order for fulfillment more quickly.
2. Cash on delivery (COD) – only within Poland
At the request of our customers, we have also made it possible to pay cash on delivery when receiving a FedEx courier shipment. This allows you to conveniently test our services and packaging methods, paying only upon delivery of the package.
Important: the "cash on delivery" option is only available for shipments within Poland.
Rules:
- up to PLN 349.99– shipping cost:PLN 19.99+ cash on delivery feePLN 9.99,
- from PLN 350–free shipping, you only payPLN 9.99for the collection service (this is a fee for the courier's collection service, not for the transport itself).
Additional security restriction:
- For all orders over PLN 500, onlyPrzelewy24 (advance payment)is available – we do not offer cash on delivery for orders of this value.
3. Payment and shipping costs in Poland
The following rules apply to domestic shipments:
Payment in advance – Przelewy24
- up to PLN 349.99– shipping cost:PLN 19.99,
- from PLN 350–shipping at our expense(PLN 0).
Cash on delivery (FedEx, Poland only)
- up to PLN 349.99– shipping cost:PLN 19.99+PLN 9.99cash on delivery fee,
- from PLN 350– free shipping, onlya cash on delivery fee of PLN 9.99 is added.
Free shipping on cash on delivery applies to the cost of transport – the fee of PLN 9.99 remains, as this is the cost of the additional cash on delivery service provided by the carrier.
4. Shipping and payment for international orders (EU)
We ship internationally to selected European Union countries.

Terms and conditions for shipments outside Poland
- Minimum order value:equivalent toEUR 100.
- Fixed shipping cost:€25per shipment.
- Payment method:advance payment via Przelewy24only (card, quick transfer, BLIK; the system will calculate the amount depending on the selected currency/bank).
- No cash on delivery option– cashon delivery is only available in Poland.
Detailed information about the cost of international shipping and the minimum order value is displayed in the shopping cart after selecting the appropriate country of delivery.
5. Payment security
Przelewy24 platform:
- operates based onencrypted connections (SSL),
- meets security requirements for online transactions (including payment card standards, 3D Secure),
- does not provide us withyour bank login details or full card details.
As a store, we only see the payment status (e.g., "paid"), without access to confidential financial information.
